Install of new porches on existing concrete footings or with removal of sub-standard footings and installation of new concrete footings. Pinning existing footings is also an available option. For all  new poured concrete  porch caps, re-rod is first installed along with back wall of the home. To further insure porch cap does not separate from the home. Brick, block, stone, smooth masonry stucco porch walls available with regular or exposed aggregate concrete porch caps.  As the quality of precast steps has deteriorated, brick steps with limestone step caps are now standard.
